We are a ‘sister’ company to the Malden
Group plc,
a drylining contractor with over 35 years experience
in the construction industry.

The Directors
of Malden Group plc wished to branch out
into the external render market and so created
Malden Renders & Finishes to provide a unique
service that would set the benchmark for
quality in this fast expanding sector.

In order to ensure
that the standard of our work is of the highest
quality, the in-house estimating/surveying team
and full time, on the road, Contracts Managers are
able to liase with clients and their staff
throughout the whole of a contract.
With Heath and
Safety at a premium, we use an external Safety Officer,
ensure that our Health and Safety policy is readily
available and applied to all our sites and all
operatives have obtained CSCS registration.
In addition the Company is registered with
the Construction Industry Training Board.
